Ok, that makes sense then. That's the same binary counter I'm using, and it works great. I got my boards made at [ www.barebonespcb.com ] and they did a really good job! Ended up costing $2.53 a board! You have to provide them with a set of gerber files, and drill files so I would recommend eagle or something similar to make your board layout for submission.
